The Silver Helios Necklace is an oval shaped pendant with celestial style engraving and a natural Citrine stone. The necklace is made from 925 Sterling Silver and is hallmarked by Great British Assay Offices verifying its quality.
The Helios Necklace is inspired by the Ancient Seven Wonder, the Colossus of Rhodes. The statue depicts the Greek sun-god, Helios. The statue was created in 280 BC and was the tallest statue of the ancient world. The impressive landmark featured Helios wearing a crown reminiscent of the sun. The Helios Necklace pendant shows the sun crown at the centre, with crescent moons on either side. Inside the sun is a hand bezel set Natural Citrine stone. Citrine is said to carry the power of the sun and holds comforting and energising properties. It is a stone of manifestation, attracting wealth, prosperity and success.
The Silver Helios pendant hangs from a slim rolo chain that can be adjusted from 46cm up to 52cm and is finished with a Sterling Silver lobster clasp. The necklace is finished with an oxidised technique to highlight the details and give an aged, vintage look. This meaningful necklace can be worn alone for a classic look or layer it with the Silver Curb Chain for a heavier style. The necklace can also be worn with the matching Helios Ring.
